Remember the Cross

"I am the Lord who heals you." - Exodus 15:36

I entered the room with a heavy heart .It was silent. There were only few people inside praying.
I decided to sit on a chair beside the wall so no one would notice me. I closed my eyes while taking a deep breath. It was difficult to say a prayer. Then without noticing, I was already crying.

I felt Someone was starting at me. I opened my eyes and I looked at Him. He was also lonely. It was Jesus on the Cross. And while staring at Him, deep in my heart I could hear Him saying,

"My child, remember the Cross? I've been there. I have conquered. I will take care of your friend. I will take care of his healing. And it would be soon."

I continued sobbing but felt relieved.  I knew that the comfort I've felt that moment would be the same comfort He would give to my friend.

I don't know what you are going through right now. Just don't give up. Jesus conquered! And God will be glorified through our trials. Always.

Just remember the Cross.
